Legacy Suite Inc (“LEGACY SUITE” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of its users (“user” or “you” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) that use our website (“Website”) and mobile application (“Application”), (collectively, the “Sites”) for using our service (“Service”).
The following Company privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to inform you, as a user of the Sites, about the types of information that Company may gather about or collect from you in connection with your use of the Sites.
It is also intended to explain the conditions under which Company uses and discloses that information and your rights in relation to it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are discussed at the end of this document.
Each time you use the Sites, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time you use the Sites, you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the beginning of this document) and review any changes since the last time you used the Sites.
The Sites is hosted in California, United States of America, and is subject to the Federal Law of the United States of America. If you are accessing our Sites from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States of America. By using our Sites; you consent to the transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You also agree to abide by the Federal Law of the United States of America concerning your use of the Sites and your agreements with us. Any persons accessing our Sites from any jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing the use of the Internet, including personal data collection, use, and disclosure, different from those of the jurisdictions mentioned above may only use the Sites in a manner lawful in their jurisdiction.
If your use of the Sites would be unlawful in your jurisdiction, please do not use the Sites.
NOTE: BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SITES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRIVACY PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Sites and provide our users with the best possible services and experience. The collection of such information is going to be governed by this Privacy Policy.
For users whose county of residence lies within the European Union Economic Area (EEA), the collection of personal information will be governed and regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For users that are residents of California, United States of America, the collection of their personal information is going to be governed and regulated by CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
LEGACY SUITE has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. LEGACY SUITE will not sell personal information in the future belonging to Sites' visitors, users, and other consumers.
If you have registered an account with LEGACY SUITE, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted personal information that you publicly post on our Sites (if any). To request the removal of such information, please contact us at support@legacysuite.com. Make sure to include your account's email address and a statement that you reside in California.
“Non-Personally-Identifying Information” is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person.“Personally-Identifying Information,” by contrast, is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person.
Like most Sites operators, we gather from users of the Sites Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that Web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available.
That information includes the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, and the locations of the Sites the user views right before arriving, while navigating, and immediately after leaving the Sites.
Although such information is not Personally-Identifying Information, it may be possible for the Sites to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of the visitor’s point of connectivity as well as other statistical usage data.
Company analyzes Non-Personally-Identifying Information gathered from users of the Sites to help Company better understand how the Sites are being used, by identifying patterns and trends in usage, both in terms of content and ease of use.
We may also collect information on how the Sites are accessed and used ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
A “Web Cookie” is a string of information that assigns you a unique identification that Sites store on a user’s computer and that the user’s browser provides to the Sites each time the user submits a query to the Sites.
We use cookies on the Sites to track your visited pages, record your user preferences, and facilitate purchase procedures. Company also uses Web Cookies to track the pages that users visit during each session, both to help Company improve users’ experiences and to help Company understand how the Sites are being used.
COMPANY USERS WHO DO NOT WISH TO HAVE WEB COOKIES PLACED ON THEIR COMPUTERS SHOULD SET THEIR BROWSERS TO REFUSE WEB COOKIES BEFORE ACCESSING THE SITES, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT CERTAIN FEATURES OF THE SITES MAY NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY WITHOUT THE AID OF WEB COOKIES. NOTE: SINCE THE CONSENT OF THE USERS OF OUR SITES IS OUR UTMOST PRIORITY, WE WILL SEEK THE EXPRESS AND EXPLICIT CONSENT OF OUR USERS BEFORE PLACING ANY WEB COOKIES. ALTHOUGH, IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PLACING WEB COOKIES IS TO MONITOR AND IMPROVE OUR SITES AND TO PROVIDE A CUSTOMIZABLE USER EXPERIENCE (BASED ON THE USERS’ PREFERENCES).
A “Web Beacon” is an object embedded in a web page or email that is usually invisible to the user and allows us to check whether a user has viewed a particular web page or an email. Company may use Web Beacons on the Sites and emails to count users who have visited particular pages, viewed emails, and delivered co-branded services.
Web Beacons are not used to access users’ Personally-Identifying Information. They are a technique the Company may use to compile aggregated statistics about Sites’ usage. Web Beacons collect only a limited set of information, including a Web Cookie number, time and date of a page or email view, and a description of the page or email on which the Web Beacon resides.
You may not decline Web Beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all Web Cookies or modifying your browser setting to notify you each time a Web Cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline Web Cookies individually.
While using our Sites, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally-Identifying Information ("Personal Data") that can be used to identify you. LEGACY SUITE offers its users the ability to create accounts on the Sites. Personal Data collected from the users may include, but is not limited to the following: full name and the email address
We collect the full name and email addresses of the users that wish to create an account with LEGACY SUITE. We have a legitimate interest in contacting our users to communicate with them concerning normal business administration, such as routine correspondence, new offerings, new features, and billing.
The purpose of collecting such Personal Data is to complete account registration and assist account recovery in the event of forgetting the password or password theft, to process any financial transaction that any user or business has made on our Sites, and to maintain a record, as to which user has subscribed to which service and purchased which product, which in turn helps us in issuing refunds (partial or complete), if and when applicable.
The information mentioned above is only collected from users that create an account on our Sites and have signed up for a subscription plan.
Such Personal Data (especially the full name and email address) will be stored in our perpetual databases for the purpose of identifying the user and tracking the subscription made by the same, to facilitate the process of issuing refunds (partial or complete), if and when applicable.
However, we respect the “right to privacy” of our users. They can contact us if they wish to get their Personally-Identifying Information permanently deleted from our perpetual databases. We shall delete their Personally-Identifying Information as early as practically possible.
NOTE: IT MUST BE NOTED THAT ONCE THE PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OF ANY USER OR BUSINESS THAT HAS MADE A PURCHASE OR MADE A SUBSCRIPTION ON OUR SITES IS DELETED FROM OUR PERPETUAL DATABASE, THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO KNOW ABOUT ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS OR PURCHASES MADE BY THEM. THEREFORE, RENDERING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO ISSUE A REFUND (PARTIAL OR COMPLETE) IF AND WHEN APPLICABLE.
The Company may disclose the Personally-Identifying Information of the users (users that have made a subscription or purchase on our Sites) in good faith, if and when such an action is necessary;
● To comply with User’s delegation of access via the Sites’ Password Manager feature
● To comply with a legal obligation
● To protect and defend the rights or property of LEGACY SUITE
● To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
● To protect the personal safety of users of our products or the public
● To protect against legal liability
You may at any time review or change, or delete your Personally-Identifying Information by contacting us at support@legacysuite.com.
Upon your request, we will delete your Personally-Identifying Information from our active and perpetual databases. Such information will be deleted as soon as practically possible.
Moreover, we allow our users to amend, change, or rectify any of their Personally-Identifying Information, and such a feature will be available to all users, for which they will have to contact us, as outlined earlier.
Additionally, we keep a history of changed information to investigate suspected fraud with your account. Still, the users will have the option of having any such history permanently deleted from our active databases during the erasure of Personally-Identifying Information.
The users of our Sites have well-defined rights when it comes to having access to their PersonallyIdentifying Information. By submitting a User Access Request, our Sites shall provide the following information free of charge to the user;
● What personal information pertaining to the user is being processed;
● Why this information is being processed;
● Who has access to this personal information about the user;
● How this personal information is being used in automated decisions; and (or)
● What processes are using this information?

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect it from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse.
However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot entirely eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of privacy settings or security measures.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Nevertheless, we are committed to ensuring the security of your Personal Data and may use passwords, encryption, firewalls, restricted employee access, or other methods at our discretion.
At our discretion, we will use appropriate security measures when destroying your Personal Data, such as shredding documents or deleting electronically stored information.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Sites ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. All the aforementioned third-party companies do not have any access whatsoever to the Personal Data of our users. All the user data that includes Personally-Identifying Information is stored on our secure servers.
Moreover, our users can opt-in to receive our email marketing material which informs them about our new offerings, packages, functionalities, and services. The users can opt-in for the email marketing material by providing their email address. Our Sites use several third-party companies to deliver the email marketing services mentioned above.
Therefore, the above-mentioned email-marketing third-party services have access to our users’ email addresses. Still, this information is entirely separate from the other Personal Data collected (if any) by the Sites. Moreover, they have been obligated to use this Personal Data (i.e., email addresses) only to send marketing materials. However, the users can opt-out anytime by emailing us or following the unsubscribe link in the email.
NOTE: IT MUST BE NOTED THAT WE AT LEGACY SUITE CONSIDERS THE PRIVACY OF OUR USERS’ PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OUR UTMOST RESPONSIBILITY, AND WE ASSURE OUR USERS THAT THEIR PERSONAL DATA IS PROTECTED. MOREOVER, THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD OR TRADED TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, WE MAY SHARE AS LITTLE OF THEIR INFORMATION AS REQUIRED, WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PURPOSES EXPLICITLY STATED ABOVE.
On our Sites to process payments, we use the following third-party payment processor and aggregator;
● Stripe
Your full name, billing address, physical address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card number will be collected when making a subscription or purchase. The information collected is used by the third-party payment gateway and aggregator to process payments.
Whenever users purchase or signup for a subscription on our Sites, they will be directed to the secure server of the aforementioned third-party payment processor and aggregator.
The information provided to these processors for processing payments is only used to make the payment successful.
Moreover, these payment processors are obligated not to use any of the Personal Data of our users for any purposes other than processing payments.
If LEGACY SUITE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United States of America and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the information, including Personal Information, to the United States of America and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Our Sites may contain links to other websites that may or may not be operated by us. You will be directed to that third party's website if you click on a third-party link. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. These third-party links may also include social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and other media platforms like YouTube. Our users may also find links to other relevant websites, news, and blogs. The users may also find affiliate links on our Sites.
However, we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services that are not part of LEGACY SUITE.
Our Sites does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with their Personally-Identifying Information, please contact us.
If we become aware that we have collected Personally-Identifying Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers as soon as practically possible.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will inform you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the change becomes effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
NOTE: LEGACY SUITE does not track its customers over time and across third-party Sites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
